Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the HPTurbo online store, as well as the process of ordering, payment, shipping, returns, and warranty of the products sold. By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Information and Content Updates
1.1. HPTurbo regularly verifies and updates all information available in its online store.
1.2. However, errors may occur due to human mistake, technical malfunction, or system failure.
1.3. Should any incorrect information, price discrepancy, image or description error, stock issue, or impossibility of supplying a product be detected, HPTurbo undertakes to immediately contact the Customer to propose a solution: correction, substitution, store credit, or full refund — as applicable.
1.4. HPTurbo further reserves the right to cancel any order presenting incorrect data, supply impossibility, or logistical/technical irregularity.
2. Order Processing and Payments
2.1. All orders placed through the online store are only considered valid after confirmed payment, regardless of the payment method used.
2.2. No order will be shipped, produced, prepared, or assembled without verified receipt of payment.
2.3. If no payment record exists within 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled, without need for prior notice.
2.4. HPTurbo reserves the right not to process orders in the presence of payment inconsistencies, suspected fraud, or contractual non-compliance.
3. Stock Verification and Product Availability
3.1. All orders are subject to stock confirmation, regardless of what is displayed on the website.
3.2. Stock availability is only confirmed after internal validation.
3.3. If the product is unavailable, the Customer will be immediately informed and may choose to:

4.1. All promotional campaigns, discount codes, loyalty benefits, or temporary reductions are non-cumulative.
4.2. For Customers with “Frequent Client” status, the most advantageous condition will always apply:

5. Payment Methods
5.1. Portugal
Notes:
a) Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery have no additional fees.
b) All other payment methods include applicable percentage-based fees.
c) PayPal, CofidisPay and Klarna allow instalment payments, subject to approval.
5.2. Spain
Notes:
a) Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery have no additional fees.
b) PayPal includes percentage-based fees.
c) PayPal allows instalment plans according to the provider's terms.
5.3. Rest of the World
Notes:
a) Bank Transfer has no additional fees.
b) All remaining methods include percentage-based fees.
c) PayPal instalments may be available depending on the Customer’s region.
6. Shipping and Transport
6.1. Orders are only shipped after confirmed payment and stock availability.
6.2. All transport operations — delivery, dispatch, or returns — are carried out at the Customer’s own risk, even when handled through an HPTurbo logistics partner.
6.3. HPTurbo’s responsibility ends once the order is handed over to the carrier.
7. Returns, Right of Withdrawal, and Complaints
7.1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
The Customer has 14 days — according to Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014 — to return an item, provided it is:
Custom-ordered items are not eligible for return.
7.1.1. Custom-made Products / In-house Production
Products that are manufactured or processed specifically for the Customer after ordering (such as hybrid turbos, CNC preparations, parts with custom specifications, etc.) are not considered stock products. In these cases, acceptance of cancellation or refund requests is subject to review and approval by HPTurbo, considering the production status at the time of the request, the work already performed, and the raw materials consumed. The Customer acknowledges that, in certain cases, cancellation may not be accepted, or may be subject to retention of part of the amount paid to compensate for work and costs already incurred.
7.1.2. In the event of an authorized refund, the Customer acknowledges that any fees or commissions charged by financial institutions or payment platforms (such as PayPal, Stripe, etc.) are not refunded by HPTurbo and do not constitute an obligation to return to the Customer. The Customer will not be entitled to a refund of these amounts, even if the refund is accepted.
7.2. Complaints
7.2.1. Complaints must be submitted in writing via email, including invoice number and date.
7.2.2. The Customer will be contacted to deliver the product to HPTurbo’s facilities for inspection.
7.2.3. HPTurbo will issue a technical report within 48 hours after receiving the item.
7.2.4. Upon approval, the repair will begin, with a maximum legal repair period of 30 days.
7.2.5. No compensation will be granted for vehicle downtime or indirect damages.

9. Consumer Arbitration Centre
Regardless of the Customer’s country of origin, any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of a Portuguese Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centre, in accordance with Portuguese law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
In case of judicial dispute not resolved through arbitration, the competent court will be the Court of Appeal of Lisbon.
