Once the complaint is submitted, you will be contacted by Hpturbo to agree on the delivery to the Hpturbo premises of the material provided to verify the complaint. After delivery of the material to HPTurbo, HPTurbo undertakes to investigate and subsequently communicate to the Customer, within 48 hours, the repair report to be carried out and the inclusion of this repair (or not) in the warranty. After acceptance by the Customer, the repair will start, which will be carried out in the shortest possible time, with a legal term of thirty days.
No compensation will be awarded as a result of possible direct or indirect damage alleged by the Client, namely, due to the immobilization of the vehicle.
Returns of used turbochargers are only accepted if the turbocharger is delivered assembled and complete according to the origin or equal to the new or refurbished turbocharger that is supplied. The reference of the returned turbo must be the same as the reference of the supplied turbo.
All conditions are subject to statutory warranty rules.
The warranty period for new material for consumers is 24 months.
With regard to rebuilt material, the warranty period will be 12 months, constituting the order for such material by the Customer an acceptance of the indicated term.
It should be noted that, in any case, the material intended for vehicles for professional use has a legal warranty period of 6 months (Art. 921 of the Civil Code).
Regarding any performance turbochargers and / or modifications on original turbos, as well as alterations of performance on the turbo clients, the warranty period will be 6 months.
The warranty does not cover products that demonstrate the following conditions:
- Misuse of products, and consequences associated with improper use taking into account the use for which the product is intended, and the manufacturers' recommendations
