Specifically developed for direct DSG gearbox conversions on 6L chassis applications.
This project originated from a real requirement identified during the development of high-performance applications.
From that initial need, the entire process was carried out internally:
Design and development
Engineering and dimensional validation
CNC programming
Machining
Final finishing
By controlling every stage of the process, we are able to ensure a high level of quality, precision and repeatability.
Over the last few years, we have significantly expanded our manufacturing capabilities through continuous investment in CNC machining centres and industrial equipment.
This investment allows us to reduce dependence on external suppliers while maintaining complete control over the components we develop.
More importantly, it enables us to respond quickly to new requirements, develop prototypes and continuously implement improvements.
When dealing with mechanical components subjected to high loads and demanding conditions, small details make a significant difference.
The dimensional accuracy achieved through CNC machining ensures precise fitment and a level of repeatability that is difficult to achieve through less controlled manufacturing methods.
It is this attention to detail that we strive to apply to every component we produce in-house.
