How is it performed?
Decontamination is carried out with the engine running and the Gas is vaporized at the admission, going through the entire burning circuit until it is expelled through the exhaust.
We have a process optimized for best results and run for a pre-set time for each vehicle.

Are there any risks?
It is a safe and reliable method, without contraindications or dangers. It is compatible with any vehicle, with any mileage, with or without damage.

Where does the burnt waste go?

They are passively expelled from the exhaust.
As the combustion temperature increases, the burning is improved and the residues are incinerated.

Is it compatible with both gasoline and diesel engines?
This method is compatible with any combustion engine. Be it Diesel, Gasoline or LPG.

What do you feel after running the process?
Essentially the engine loosens up!
More availability when stepping on the accelerator, an increased progressiveness of torque delivery across the rev range and lower consumption.

How often do you think decarbonization is recommended?
It depends on several factors such as the quality of the fuels used, the routes taken, the rotation that the engine mostly makes, etc.
We estimate every 30,000Km – 40,000Km to maintain engine health. In case you want to optimize, it is a wise option to shorten this interval.

Is this decarbonisation compatible with engines equipped with particulate filters (FAP/DPF)?
Yes perfectly. However, it should only be carried out on vehicles with a standard filtering function.
In case of blockage and due to non-correctable differential pressure changes, it is advisable to decarbonate the particulate filter due to a greater accumulation of soot after treatment.

How much does this treatment cost?
This treatment has an excellent cost/benefit ratio.
The value tends to be much lower in cases where maintenance and repairs are necessary.

The treatment can be carried out in our workshop, by appointment 2 working days in advance.

This treatment also depends on the displacement of the engine in question, because the process has defined times according to its displacement.

Ordinarily a decarbonization of normal light vehicles can range between €75 and €120.

We all know that there are no miracle solutions that solve all the problems of carbonized engines, in extreme cases it is effectively necessary to dismantle engine parts for cleaning with ultrasound.

To avoid excessively high costs with engine interventions, we recommend an intervention with a decarbonising machine every 50,000 km.
